复杂信息系统全局业务流程的获取和实现
摘要:
本文介绍了通过建立全局业务矩阵GBM(Global Business Matrix)获取复杂的信息系统全局业务流程的方法,并且基于GBM实现松散耦合结构的系统。
以GBM为核心的基本思想是:以企业的实际业务表单作为切入点,汇集局部表单流图形成全局表单流图,逐步得到描述人、业务、数据之间业务流程关系的GBM。文中我们讨论了在GBM基础上实现一个完整而且具有充分柔性的业务系统的方法,在实现系统的过程中主要介绍了将GBM分解为系统中多个相对独立的体现系统功能的Agent,然后通过改进的黑板模型在各个Agent之间进行信息通讯,通讯方式则用GBM转化为MAS(Multi-Agent System)中的配置表来实现,以可配置的方式组织系统结构。
以GBM为核心的开发过程应用在ERP系统中,既可以将复杂的系统分散实现,来降低系统中每个模块的实现难度,而且也能够使系统在统一调配下形成有机的整体。

An Approach of the Elicitation and Implementation of the Global Business Process (GBP) for Very Complicated Business Systems
Abstract:Global Business Matrix (GBM) is introduced in this paper. In a very complicated business system, GBM can be used to obtain global business processes which are utilized to create a loose-coupled system. The basic idea of GBM is: based on business sheets, we aggregate local sheets processes, and create global processes from them. In this way, the GBM which can describe the relation between human, business and data could be established. Then, we discuss how to create a flexible system from GBM. In this paper we discussed how to implement a flexible business system based on GBM. It includes how to use GBM to broke the whole system into some independent components (agent), how to communicate among the agents by improved Blackboard Architecture (BBA), and how to transform GBM into the configure of MAS and organize the structure of the system with configurable way. The most important advantage of GBM is if we use GBM guided development for ERP systems, it is easy to divide-and-conquer the very complex systems but will not depart from the real business.
